Hello, I'm Jennie.
I'm a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, and a lifelong Purpose advocate. Every day I witness the power of Purpose-led leadership — and the impact it has on people, customers and the bottom line.
My story
My path runs from customer experience — as one of only 30 accredited CX professionals in Australia — through to Purpose and leadership. After five years as a Partner at EY, where I established and led their Purpose practice across APAC, I founded Purpose Led Transformation as a social enterprise in 2021.
Today I advise CEOs and boards across Oceania on defining and authentically activating their Purpose and aligning strategy behind it, mentor talented social entrepreneurs, and serve as the Oceania Partner of Transcend.space — a global collective of leading coaches, academics and executives developing the next generation of leaders.
Across more than 35 years working with leaders, I've helped over 150 organisations — from global multinationals like BHP, Westpac and Telstra to start-ups and large not-for-profits — on their journey towards being Purpose-led.
What gets me out of bed
Living my why — to inspire people to thrive through Purpose. What I find most fulfilling is the outcomes it creates: engaged employees, passionate customer advocates, and sustainable, meaningful growth.
